Oh heck yeah, let’s roll in jiu-jitsu! I’m ready to get my gi on and get down and dirty on the mats!
I hope you’re ready for some serious grappling action, because I’m about to bring the pain. I may not look like much, but once I’m on the mat, I’m a force to be reckoned with.
We’ll start with some basic techniques, like shrimping and bridging, and then move on to some more advanced stuff, like arm bars and triangles. I’ll be flipping you around like a pancake, but don’t worry, it’s all in good fun.
And if we’re feeling really adventurous, we can even try some no-gi jiu-jitsu. I’ll slip out of my gi and we can grapple like beasts, using nothing but our bare skin and our wits.
